This Privacy Policy explains how Yurist AI ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our current data practices.

Current status: Yurist AI is currently a static demo application. The app does not yet have a live backend server, does not create or store user accounts, and does not transmit your questions to any third-party AI service. This policy reflects our current practices and will be updated before any new functionality (such as account creation or live AI processing) is released.

1. Information We Collect

In its current version, Yurist AI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

No account registration is required or available
No personal identifiers (name, email, phone number) are collected
No questions or messages you type are sent to any server or third-party service
No location data is collected
No advertising identifiers are collected

2. Future Functionality

As Yurist AI develops, future versions may introduce the following features. Before any of these are activated, this Privacy Policy will be updated and users will be asked for explicit consent where required:

2.1 AI Processing

When live AI functionality is introduced, user questions may be sent to a third-party AI service provider for the purpose of generating legal information responses. Before this feature is enabled, we will:

Clearly disclose which third-party AI provider is used
Explain exactly what data is sent (e.g., the text of your question)
Request your explicit permission before transmitting any data
Update this policy to name the provider and describe their data protection practices

2.2 Account Creation

If account creation is introduced in a future version, users will be able to permanently delete their account and all associated data directly within the app, without needing to contact customer support.

3. Data Storage

Any data collected by future versions of the app will be stored on servers located in Uzbekistan and protected using encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell personal data to any third party.

Permanently delete their account and associated data directly within the app
